Please join AIGA DC as we kick-off National Design Week with an exclusive screening of the film: MILTON GLASER: TO INFORM AND DELIGHT. This new documentary is the result of five years’ worth of filming by director, Wendy Keys, and glances into everyday moments of Glaser’s personal life and professional career.
A brief Q&A will take place immediately after the screening with the director. Please join us after the Q&A for a happy hour at Harry's, 436 11th St NW.
About the Film:
For many, Milton Glaser is the personification of American graphic design. Best known for co-founding New York Magazine and the enduring I (heart) NY campaign, the full breadth of Glaser’s remarkable artistic output is revealed in this documentary portrait, MILTON GLASER: TO INFORM AND DELIGHT. From newspapers and magazine designs, to interior spaces, logos, and brand identities, to his celebrated prints, drawings, posters and paintings, the documentary offers audiences a much richer appreciation for one of the great modern renaissance men.Artfully directed by first time filmmaker Wendy Keys, the film glances into everyday moments of Glaser’s personal life and captures his immense warmth, humanity and the boundless depth of his intelligence and creativity.
A 30×40 movie-size poster for the film will also be raffled off.

Definitely agree with what you stated. Your explanation was certainly the easiest to understand. I tell you, I usually get irked when folks discuss issues that they plainly do not know about. You managed to hit the nail right on the head and explained out everything without complication. Maybe, people can take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
